Career development is a lifelong process that will help you understand yourself and the world of work so you can make fulfilling and meaningful career decisions.

Career Counselling involves walking with you through the process of understanding yourself, exploring potential career ideas, making an informed decision and putting a plan in place to take action. Career Counselling is based on your individual needs and usually consists of 3 – 5 one hour sessions.

Career Coaching is usually a longer-term relationship over a period of months that's bespoke to your goals and challenges. Many people have an idea of where their future career lies but they don’t always know how to get there. Career Coaching will support you by establishing your goals, working out a plan and working with you to enable you to achieve your goals.

Fees

Coaching and Counselling - $120 per hour.  If you are facing financial challenges please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss options.

Look further than a title or job description to develop a deeper understanding of the skills and strengths you have to offer. Identify and understand what your unique transferable skills are to better align where you are, and where you want to go.

Wendy specialises in helping clients identify the skills they've developed throughout their lives, and to explore how these can be applied to their careers. Career Crossroad uses SkillScan tools and assessments and is the only certified provider in New Zealand.

​

You will complete the assessment at home in your own time and receive a comprehensive report. A one hour session with Wendy will unpack the report, leaving you with an in-depth understanding of your skills and strengths and steps you can take to make the most of them in the next step on your career journey.

Undertake a Skill Assessment using SkillScan Drive assessment plus a one hour session to unpack the report - $150.

When you’re looking for work, it pays to have a job search strategy. We can work with you to develop your strategy, provide feedback on your CV and cover letter, and support you through your job search process.

Job Search is usually 3 one hour personalised sessions based on your needs and outlook.
